PES have extensive fabrication facilities and possess the equipment and know how to work with a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. All fabrication, welding and brazing is carried out in house by our specialist engineers. Our Fabrication Department handles all types of work from general jobbing to high tolerance military projects. Our huge fabrication area allows us to cater for all sizes of projects from small components right up to our 35 tonne Blank Washing machines.

Our customers can rest easy knowing that all manufactured components go through a stringent standard routing inspection procedure. This procedure provides each components with an acceptance tag signed and dated by the quality inspection engineer that shows the item has passed our strict quality controls

Components and assemblies can be coated or plated in a range of finishes. Our large spray booth facility allows us to paint components in-house to save our clients time and money. Specialist Coatings can also be outsourced at the customers request.
