KOWA Material is supplied as standard in all of our Blank Washing Machines and is a contributing factor towards the high quality acheived from the PES Blank Washer range. KOWA are world leaders in Non-Woven material, producing material that, when integrated into blank wash units like the new generation PES 4.2 Metre unit, can acheive world leading standards of below 1 gram per square metre oil application.

PES also offer a roll refinshing and inspection service, for both PES manufacturered machines and also machines made by other manufacturers. The services offered include testing for both current roller durometer and oil application capabilities of existing rollers, projected cost savings and quality improvements for PES refinished rollers as well as a comprehensive refinishing service where rollers are stripped, checked and repacked with new KOWA material to a sfecified durometer.

Our inspection service is offered worldwide, so no matter where your wash unit is located, or who it was manufactuered by, PES can provide you with a fully detailed report of the state of your rollers with reccomended actions to acheiving your desired oil application.
